We cannot offer refunds or cancellations - we do however offer exchanges. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and dispatch item back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs & If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Sale items and items purchased on a payment plan are considered final. Initial payments on a payment plan are non-refundable, and items purchased on a payment plan are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

Discounts on sale items are automatically applied at checkout and no coupon codes are required. CUSTOMISED & PERSONALISED creations as well as ITEMS ON SALE cannot be cancelled or returned because of Etsy Policy so please read item descriptions in full and choose carefully. If you would like to exchange the item you are welcome as we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please be calm and let us know asap. All return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic and International Parcel Delivery

All domestic purchases made via our website will be sent with express tracked shipping using Australia Post services. Generally domestic shipping takes 2 to 8 business days depending on your location within Australia.
All international purchases made via our website will be sent with FedEx International Priority Post which generally takes 5 to 8 business days depending on destination and customs of country. FedEx International Priority Post includes comprehensive tracking updates straight to your inbox. Please provide a phone number via message at checkout so we can add it to your order and local customs couriers can contact you if they have any issues with delivery.
Please upgrade to INSURANCE and/or SIGN ON DELIVERY for added peace of mind. Upgrade at checkout or alternatively contact us via message if you forgot to add it on at time of purchase. We ship to the address provided, but please contact us if you would like the item sent to a different address. We cannot post items on the weekend.

What happens if an item is damaged during transit?

EXPRESS PRIORITY POST and AUSTRALIAN POST are reliable shipping ways and we pack our items with love with the intention that the package get shipped to you safely and securely. For damaged items up to the value of $100,please contact us with a picture and we will do our best to sort the situation out. For items over $100 we are not responsible for postal damage, therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND POSTAL INSURANCE FOR PURCHASES OVER $100. All our items are ONE-OF-A-KIND and can not be replaced.It is the receivers responsibility to upgrade if concerned. We are always shipping at your own risk and request in any condition with insurance or without insurance. PLS,Upgrade when checking out or message us with any concerns you may have.

What happens if an item is lost in transit?

In the rare circumstance that an item does not show up we will ask you to confirm your address and we will compare it to the shipping address provided by etsy/paypal. If the address does not match, we will wait for the item to be returned to us. IT CAN TAKE 6 WEEKS TO BE RETURNED TO US SO PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ADDRESS. We will then charge the shipping price again and ship it to the correct address. We cannot guarantee that any items sent to the correct or incorrect shipping address will be returned to us. Unfortunately we cannot compensate for lost items with insurance or without insurance, if we can prove that the item was shipped to the address provided to us. You need to do Insurance claims thru to providers.

Customs Fees & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Our shipping providers here in Australia are unable to give estimates of internationally payable duties and taxes, so we recommend checking in with your local government agency if concerned.

We use innovative earth-friendly materials to send our items with care. The Outer padded mailer insert is compostable & will break down at home with your veggie scraps, as will the tape! Our wrapping paper is made from 100% post-consumer waste (no trees were harmed!) with vegetable-based printing ink. It is ideal for recycling!

The Inner bubble wrap is biodegradable and contains an organic fertiliser which helps it to break down in weeks- not lifetimes!

All parts used for packaging have been manufactured in Australia, reducing transport emissions.
