This dendritic tree stone crystal talisman has been handcrafted by us here at Platypus Dreaming in the luscious rainforests of Far North Queensland, Australia. Such high quaility captured with this piece artistically cut to shape by us. The fine tree patterns fan over the beige stone. This talisman is a mirror for nature. The stone itself comes from Turkey – home to some of the most interesting dendritic crystals on Earth. This talisman features a 1000 pure silver tribal bead that has been hand-cut and chiseled using traditional techniques.
This stone variety is termed "dendritic" due to its internal collection of dendrites. Dendrites are fern-like inclusions of iron, manganese, or other metallic oxides that create bold patterns within other stones. We have sliced this stone to best exhibit nature's artwork. As you might guess, these pieces are one-of-a-kinds, as no two dendritic patterns are exactly the same.
