This is a stunning silver set Larimar necklace with a tribal macrame cord. Beautiful combination of elegance and power in this piece and how it is held. Larimar is becoming very rare and this stone is very high quality! This divine larimar crystal talisman has been handcrafted by us here at Platypus Dreaming in the luscious rainforests of Far North Queensland, Australia. The larimar is some of the highest quality we have been able to source, and comes from the Dominican Republic – the only place on Earth where larimar is found. Features a 1000 pure silver tribal bead that has been hand-cut and chiseled using traditional techniques.
Larimar is a rare gemstone only found in the Dominican Republic and Bahamas, and it is one of the very few gemstones found in the Caribbean. Sea-blue colored larimar with white swirly patterns is very desirable as it resembles the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Larimar is the embodiment of the tranquil Sea and Sky energies. Its soft, soothing blues and calming turquoise is streaked with white patterns that resemble sunlight dancing beneath Caribbean waters.
