This is a powerful and protective Black twin Tourmaline crystal talisman, handcrafted by us here at Platypus Dreaming in Far North Queensland, Australia. This has been designed as part of the Nazar collection – it is a shamanic tool to ward off negative energies, and the 'evil eye'. The stone is from a small family mine in the Erongo Mountain, Namibia, the oldest known deposit of Black Tourmaline on Earth. Unlike other Tourmaline forms, Schorl Tourmaline – this variety of Black Tourmaline – is never transparent or even translucent.. This talisman features a 1000 pure silver tribal bead that has been hand-cut and chiseled using traditional techniques.
The crystal is a raw specimen, meaning it has not been polished or altered in any way – it is exactly how it was unearthed.
