This earthy ribbon stone jasper crystal talisman has been handcrafted by us here at Platypus Dreaming in the luscious rainforests of Far North Queensland, Australia. This incredible stone is completely natural and has not been altered in any way – those incredible patterns emerge at the lapidary wheel from the raw earth. Ribbon Stone Jasper is found in the Kimberly region of Western Australia – one of the most isolated and wild regions on Earth. This stone was sourced directly from the person who hand dug the stone out of the earth themselves. This talisman features a 1000 pure silver tribal bead that has been hand-cut and chiseled using traditional techniques.
Jasper is protective in many ways. It guards against negativity, including the negative outlooks and behaviours of people, shields from psychic attack and also protects against temptations which would be harmful or damaging. It is also said to boost the cleansing of an environment when smudging. Snakeskin Jasper can assist dream recall and offer insight into difficult situations.
