This is an absolutely unique creation, handcrafted by multiple artisans here at Platypus Dreaming. It features Aquamarine and Amazonite, which beautifully harmonize. It has been hand carved from Australian recycled red cedar, then burnt to enhance the features of the grain & give it an aged look. A bronze coating has been washed over to accentuate the antic finish. A blend of natural oils and wax has been applied over a period of several days to nurture the timber and seal it.
It has been handcrafted by us here at Platypus Dreaming in the beautiful rainforests of Kuranda, QLD Australia, Ngunbay Djapukai country. It is part of our Ancient Forest collection.
